We request a minimum of 1-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A fee of $20 will apply for cancellations made with less than one hour's notice. This is to cover lost travel time and as we could have had another customer. You can cancel by Phone at 0423 707 675, email at appointments@mnk-mowing.com or by the link sent with your confirmation and reminder email or SMS. If you provide at least 1 hour's notice, no cancellation fee will be charged.
