Minimum Charge: All services are subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour. Payment is due within 24 hours after the service is completed, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment Processing: All payments are securely processed through Square, a trusted third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details; Square handles this directly.

Travel Fee: A travel fee of $0.50 per kilometer will apply to cover the distance from our base of operations to your location. This fee is added to your total service cost.

Overdue Payments: Invoices overdue by 14 days will be sent to a collection agency or pursued through small claims court at our discretion.

Overdue Payment Reminders: You will receive reminders for overdue invoices on the following schedule:
1 day after the invoice is overdue
3 days after the invoice is overdue
7 days after the invoice is overdue
13 days after the invoice is overdue
